PLEASE NOTE: Theoretically each group is capable of producing 2 shots of straight espresso every 30 seconds. The production capacity (volume/day) shown in the above table takes under consideration other factors such as: simultaneous steaming of large amounts of milk or morning business rush (when you might be required to serve 50 cups per hour) to give you the most realistic and conservative volume projection for each machine. Most La Pavoni Pub 2 group commercial espresso machines sold are built to run at 110 Volts and to upgrade them to 230 Volts (which allows you to heat the boiler much faster) usually costs about $400. Our PUB 2M and PUB 2V are already built to run at 230V which makes our prices even more competitive.
